You will be responsible for the administration, governance, and optimisation of SharePoint Online, while also supporting users through training initiatives and handling support requests via the IT Helpdesk system.

We are seeking an experienced and user-focused SharePoint Online Administrator & IT Trainer to join our IT team. This role is suited to a proactive professional with strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, combined with the ability to deliver engaging IT training and drive user adoption across the organisation., A proactive individual who can balance technical administration with user-focused training.
