• Web, We are a growing software team in Manchester expanding a highly customised internal sales platform built with Lightning Web Components and Apex. This is not a typical Salesforce Developer role; we are looking for a junior developer with strong JavaScript and/or Java fundamentals who wants to build a long-term career in Salesforce development. We offer full training and support within Salesforce technologies, clear progression opportunities across Software Delivery, a collaborative and fast-paced environment, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to gain Salesforce certifications. Our business has already successfully delivered phase one and is now investing heavily in scaling the platform across the wider group.

• Around 1-2 years of development experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript and/or Java
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude and the ability to thrive in a corporate environment
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within Salesforce development
• Salesforce experience is useful, but not essential
• Willingness to build a long-term career in Salesforce development
