IT Systems Manager

• Lead the MSP and vendor management relationship and ensure SLAs are met
• Oversee daily IT support, onboarding/offboarding & device management
• Own key SaaS platforms (M365, Azure AD, HRIS, Salesforce, Slack/Jira/Confluence, financial systems)
• Maintain strong security, controls, and compliance standards

• Slack, We are seeking an Interim IT Manager for a 6-month contract based in Liverpool with hybrid work options, allowing two days on-site. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, security, and effectiveness of all internal IT services while managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationships. • 8+ years of IT experience, including hands-on systems administration or IT management
• Strong MSP/vendor management background
• Solid experience with SaaS, cloud-first environments & hybrid workforces
• Confident communicator able to balance hands-on and strategic work
