Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager (SC Cleared)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for complex, business-critical programmes within a secure and highly regulated public sector environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine hands-on Scrum facilitation with strong project management capabilities, ensuring successful delivery while managing governance, stakeholder engagement, planning, risks, and financial control.

• Active SC Clearance is mandatory., * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach delivery teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Own and manage integrated project and release plans.
• Track project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.
• Support governance meetings with clear reporting on delivery progress, risks, budgets, and financials.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery across business and technical stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing Agile culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master on medium to large Agile delivery programmes.
• Strong experience as an Agile Project Manager within structured or regulated environments.
• Proven experience managing project governance, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering projects within Public Sector, Defence, Government, or other secure/regulated environments.
