Job description

This role is a full time permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will responsible for providing IT and technical support across the business, delivering solutions to operational needs and ensuring the continued reliability and performance of all technical systems and infrastructure.

Duties will include IT and technical support, network and infrastructure support, Microsoft and SaaS in house administration, telecommunications support, technical solutions delivery, and site systems support. This is a full-time office-based position in Bournemouth town centre, and you will need a valid passport for ad-hoc travel to Europe as required. In addition, you will be expected to occasionally travel to our sites across the UK to provide onsite break/fix support or to carry out project work. Good interpersonal communication skills with proven unsupervised time management and diligence are key to success in the role.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide first line fix on all IT and technical support for the business including head office and field support as necessary.
  • Implement technical solutions to improve business efficiency and resilience
  • Maintain SQL databases and Azure Data Warehouse Pipelines and data flow
  • Implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Network troubleshooting and on-site support
  • Administration of the businesses Microsoft suite of licenses and Active Directory
  • Responsible for in house administration of various other SaaS packages
  • Data retrieval and reporting to all stakeholders
  • Administration and maintenance of CCTV systems and undertake site visits where necessary.
  • Manage workload and dynamically priorities tasks.
  • Work alongside other departments and ensure Britannia Parking sites are running efficiently.
  • Work with central ICT colleagues to implement central applications and policies.
  • Responsible for ordering, configuring, and maintaining the kiosks and their software
  • Providing remote support to fleet of existing kiosks on client sites.
  • Audit and maintain all asset lists associated with sim cards, site hardware and software licences.

Requirements

  • Customer service and support in a structured role
  • Windows 10 installation and administration with knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Autopilot and MAM.
  • Microsoft Office 365 hybrid environment and associated products installation and support
  • Support and configuration of Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Windows / Azure Active Directory administration of users and groups
  • Exposure to Windows Server
  • TCP/IP networking at a reasonable level
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues
  • Email administration with MS Exchange and Office 365, * Technical support: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • UK Driving Licence (required)
