Job description

  • We design, develop, and implement software applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • We conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
  • We provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and foster continuous learning and improvement.
  • We work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • We identify and troubleshoot software issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • We create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, code, and processes.
  • We stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and advocate for improvements and new technologies that benefit the team and projects.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer.
  • We need expertise in Go and React; experience with C#, .NET, and Angular is desirable.
  • We require proficiency in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • We need experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
  • We require in-depth knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD and containerization.
  • We need strong database design and management skills, including SQL and NoSQL.
  • We value strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
  • We require excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • We value experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on iterative development.
  • We prefer experience modernising legacy applications.
