• REST, We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to support the delivery of high quality mobile applications for a major consulting client. The role is contract based at £390 per day, inside IR35, and initially runs for 3 months with the potential to extend through to March 2027. We are based in Scotland and candidates will ideally be local, as travel to Glasgow is required once per week, although non-local candidates may also be considered. We offer the opportunity to work on a significant mobile delivery within a collaborative team environment.

• Strong commercial Kotlin and/or Java experience
• Experience building Android applications using MVVM architecture
• Jetpack Compose experience
• Android Studio experience
• Android Jetpack libraries experience, including LiveData and Navigation Component
• Coroutines experience for asynchronous programming
• REST API integration experience, ideally using Retrofit
• Git version control experience
• Gradle experience
• Google Play release process knowledge
• Agile Scrum delivery experience
• BPSS checks required before starting
