Job description

  • Act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual enhancements
  • Take full ownership of Business Central development tasks
  • Drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments
  • Support and mentor junior developers
  • Play a key role in improving our development processes and workflows

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience working with a Microsoft Partner
  • Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS
  • Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices
  • Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers
  • Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work
  • Adaptable and patient, comfortable in a continuously improving environment
  • Fluent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Git workflows, pull requests, and branch management in Azure DevOps
