- Act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual enhancements
- Take full ownership of Business Central development tasks
- Drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments
- Support and mentor junior developers
- Play a key role in improving our development processes and workflows

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience working with a Microsoft Partner
- Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS
- Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers
- Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work
- Adaptable and patient, comfortable in a continuously improving environment
- Fluent communication skills
- Familiarity with Git workflows, pull requests, and branch management in Azure DevOps
