Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Log and manage tickets through to resolution.
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
  • Keep users informed and deliver a high level of customer service throughout.
  • Work closely with our internal UK-based teams to maintain smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written German at native or business level is essential.
  • Experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking support, and general IT troubleshooting.
  • You must be a calm, confident communicator with empathy and clarity when supporting users.
  • You should be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home.
