Job description
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Log and manage tickets through to resolution.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
- Keep users informed and deliver a high level of customer service throughout.
- Work closely with our internal UK-based teams to maintain smooth service delivery.

Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written German at native or business level is essential.
- Experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role is required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking support, and general IT troubleshooting.
- You must be a calm, confident communicator with empathy and clarity when supporting users.
- You should be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home.
