Job description
- We own day-to-day NetSuite administration, including workflows, reporting, and data integrity.
- We manage and monitor system integrations across platforms such as Shopify, fulfilment, and CX tools.
- We troubleshoot and resolve system and API issues quickly and effectively.
- We ensure core processes are followed correctly across teams.
- We identify and fix gaps or inefficiencies in existing workflows.
- We support ongoing system improvements where needed, without over-engineering.
- We work closely with Ops, Finance, and Digital teams.
- We work alongside external partners where required.
- We take a practical, hands-on approach with a focus on execution over theory.

Requirements
- We need 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite.
- We need a strong understanding of system integrations and APIs.
- We need experience with eCommerce systems such as Shopify and/or Amazon.
- We need experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
- We need strong problem-solving skills and a process-driven mindset.
- We need excellent communication skills.
- We require work authorisation for the United Kingdom.
- Bonus: experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Bonus: experience with Amazon integrations.
- Bonus: experience improving workflows or supporting system optimisation.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused Systems & Integrations Analyst role at the centre of our NetSuite environment and wider systems infrastructure. The role is based in person, and we offer a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per year, along with benefits including company events, a company pension, employee discount, free parking, and on-site parking.
