Job description
- Design and build end-to-end features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, moving from user problem to production code without PM intervention.
- Develop and maintain complex multi-step workflows, background jobs, and webhook-driven integrations to automate manual legal tasks.
- Architect and secure our AWS cloud environment, ensuring our platform is scalable and resilient as we expand our user base.

Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production software with React and Node.js/TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on owning systems end-to-end.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS infrastructure, production webhooks, and managing asynchronous background jobs or scheduled tasks.
- A strong builder mentality with product intuition, comfortable using AI coding tools to accelerate development in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
