Job description
- Deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure projects for a defined group of clients.
- Provide on-site and remote support as a senior escalation point.
- Take ownership of the client relationship from a technical standpoint.
- Assist in planning and design for future improvements to client environments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and high technical standards are maintained.
- Support and mentor junior engineers involved in shared delivery.
- Support a small team to stay aligned to project timelines, technical standards, and client expectations.
- Work closely with clients across sectors, including education, to understand their needs and deliver projects that align with their goals.

- Windows, We are offering a full-time, permanent Senior Project IT Engineer role based remotely, with client visits across West and South Yorkshire. This is a client-focused technical leadership position where we combine hands-on project delivery with high-level support, long-term client relationship management, and team mentoring. The salary is £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, and we offer support for training, certification, and long-term progression, along with benefits including health cover, birthday leave, an employee assistance programme, and regular socials. Requirements
- Proven experience in an MSP or multi-client technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Google, MDM, cyber security and compliance, migrations, networking, and virtualisation.
- Confident delivering technical projects independently.
- Familiarity with backup platforms, patching, monitoring, and OS troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting education clients is desirable but not essential.
- Proven track record of becoming the main technical lead for customers.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
