Job description
- We present and articulate the capabilities of Power Platform to customers and internal teams.
- We identify and qualify opportunities across D365, Power Platform, Azure AI, and related Phoenix offerings.
- We support the delivery of product awareness and enablement training for the wider sales team.
- We support the full sales cycle, working with bids, technical consultants, and account managers.
- We help prepare and update sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- We attend customer meetings to scope, qualify, and progress opportunities.
- We enable and motivate the sales team to drive Microsoft and Power Platform revenue.
- We act as the link between technical and functional teams to support effective solution design.
- We deliver whiteboarding sessions, workshops, and product demos to showcase solution value.
- We support customer adoption, governance, and security best practices post-sale.

We are growing our Cloud Solutions team and hiring a Power Platform Specialist to support our sales teams and drive engagement and revenue. This is not a developer or technical role. Our HQ is in Pocklington (YO42), and the role can be remote with regular monthly office visits. Requirements
- We want proven experience in a Microsoft-focused sales, pre-sales, or solutions role.
- We want strong knowledge of the Power Platform and the ability to articulate its commercial and technical value to customers.
- We want a strong understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including O365, D365, Azure AI, and associated partner strategies.
- We want the ability to build and deliver compelling demonstrations, workshops, and customised reports.
- We want excellent communication skills, including confident virtual and in-person presenting.
- We want strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams, partners, and Microsoft account teams.
- We want experience developing and executing joint strategies with vendors and internal sales divisions.
- We want the ability to capture customer challenges and feed back into service development to ensure continual improvement.
- We want you to be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- We want a collaborative approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a strong internal community.
