Intellezy is seeking a Communications Specialist to support large-scale technology transformation initiatives by developing and executing communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and change management professionals, you will translate complex project information into clear, compelling communications that prepare employees for new ways of working., Communications Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with project objectives and organizational change management strategies.
- Create clear, engaging, and audience-specific communications that support technology adoption, organizational readiness, and business transformation.
- Translate complex technical concepts, business processes, and project updates into concise, user-friendly messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop and maintain a variety of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, executive presentations, FAQs, talking points, job aids, video scripts, and other communication assets.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, change management practitioners, and technical subject matter experts to understand communication needs and develop effective messaging.
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure communications are timely, accurate, and aligned with project milestones.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously refine communication strategies to improve engagement and adoption.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure messaging aligns with organizational branding, tone, governance, and communication standards.
Change Management Support
- Support Change Management Leads in executing organizational change management activities using established methodologies, including Prosci.
- Ensure communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities work together to create a consistent employee experience.
- Contribute to change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communication planning, and readiness activities as needed.
- Assist in measuring communication effectiveness and user adoption through stakeholder feedback, communication metrics, and project KPIs.
Content & Digital Communications
- Leverage SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools to organize, publish, and maintain communication content and project documentation.
- Create visually engaging communication materials using content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Recommend improvements to communication approaches that enhance employee engagement while maintaining organizational standards and governance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate or internal communications, understands the principles of organizational change management, and excels at building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations is highly desirable, and familiarity with the Prosci Methodology is preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or communications supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing and executing communication plans for enterprise projects or organizational initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical or business information for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who works independently while adapting to changing business needs and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Familiarity with organizational change management principles; experience with Prosci methodology or other structured change management approaches is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Experience creating digital content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience with multimedia content, including graphics, presentations, video storyboards, or communication campaigns.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale technology projects is preferred., * Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience within utility, energy, or other regulated industries.
- Prosci, ACMP, or other Change Management certification.
- Experience partnering with Learning & Development or Training teams to support organizational readiness and adoption.
