- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Experience, Service, and Sales Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls.
- Understand Salesforce administration.
- Leverage Git source control and CI/CD tools to execute efficient, automated Salesforce deployments and maintain environment alignment.
System Maintenance and Optimization
- Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Document technical designs, code, and configurations.

Requirements
The Division of Technology Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ITA II Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining a State of Utah executive agency Salesforce platform to support critical state services., * Minimum 3-5 years experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
- Experience with Salesforce administration.
