Job description
The Product Testing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of product testing activities to ensure products meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines. This role serves as a key point of coordination between product development, sourcing, factories, third-party laboratories, and internal stakeholders to ensure testing is completed accurately, on time, and documented properly in accordance with Company procedures and applicable laws and regulations., Product Testing Coordination
- Coordinate product testing requests with internal teams, factories, and approved third-party testing laboratories
- Prepare and submit test requests, samples, specifications, and supporting documentation
- Track testing timelines, status, and results to ensure on-time completion aligned with development and production schedules
- Follow up on delayed or incomplete testing and escalate issues as needed
- Assist in tracking corrective actions related to failed tests or quality issues
- Partner with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to align testing priorities
- Communicate testing requirements clearly to vendors and factories
- Provide regular status updates on testing progress and risks
- Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready testing documentation and records in internal systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product testing, quality coordination, compliance, or a related role
- Experience working with third-party testing laboratories
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer products, textiles, home goods, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with product safety and compliance standards
- Experience working with overseas suppliers or factories

The pay range for this position in California is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity, in accordance with applicable law.

- Ability to visually inspect product samples, including identifying colors, patterns, and construction details.
- Requires occasional lifting of product samples weighing up to 15 pounds
- Requires occasional walking, standing, and occasional twisting and bending throughout the day
