Job description
We are looking to immediately hire an experienced Senior IT Support Technician to help with our growing managed IT services client base in West Tennessee. We serve as an outsourced IT department for small businesses and a successful candidate will work with clients and fellow teammates to resolve and prevent issues for our clients.
A successful candidate will be able demonstrate a high level of understanding of server domains, desktop computers, LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, backups, Office 365, and more.
Requirements
They must also be able to demonstrate a strong desire to serve others and be able to communicate well with others, including our clients., * Current A+ and/or Microsoft Certifications are desired.
- Must have great communications and technical skills.
- Must be committed to a high level of professionalism and to providing top-notch customer service.
- Must have solid references.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check, driving record test, and drug test., * IT support: 4 years (Required)
