Job description

As a Facets Data Conversion Developer, you will play a key role in transforming and migrating healthcare data that powers critical payer operations. You'll work on high-impact initiatives supporting the TriZetto Facets platform, helping healthcare organizations improve efficiency, data accuracy, and member experiences. You'll join a collaborative team of healthcare and technology professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions. In this role, you will: Design, develop, and maintain T-SQL stored procedures that support complex healthcare data conversion and migration initiatives. Build and implement data solutions that ensure accurate and efficient movement of information into the TriZetto Facets platform. Support Facets batch processing activities and help maintain the reliability of critical business operations. Create scorecards, load summaries, and operational reports that provide valuable insights into data quality and processing outcomes. Perform ETL activities, including importing, transforming, validating, and reconciling data from multiple source systems. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions. Troubleshoot data and system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes. Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance data quality, automation, and operational efficiency. Work Model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Requirements

Strong hands-on experience developing and optimizing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions. Experience working with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Microsoft SQL Server environments. Background supporting data conversion, ETL, data migration, or data integration projects. Proficiency using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation. Experience utilizing Windows PowerShell for automation and scripting activities. Ability to analyze large datasets and troubleshoot data-related issues effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. These Will Help You Stand Out Experience with TriZetto Facets or other healthcare payer platforms. Knowledge of healthcare enrollment, claims, membership, or provider data. Experience supporting healthcare data conversion or modernization initiatives. Familiarity with healthcare data governance and data quality best practices.
