Job description
Atlas will provide all your training onsite! As a Security and Systems Officer in a cryptocurrency mining operation, your primary responsibilities will be to:

Log, monitor, and support operational systems including but not limited to, security and surveillance, system monitoring dashboards, alarm platforms, and access controls across multiple sites and data center environments.

Use approved communication platforms to observe and report accurate information to appropriate stakeholders and leadership clearly and professionally while following established SOPs for escalating incidents, emergencies or security and system breaches.

Support all work areas by creating and maintaining accurate records of site activity using internal document management tools while following SOPs and chain of custody protocols.

Coordinate with leadership to Install, integrate, onboard, and update new systems.

Manage and maintain Atlas Power inventory of keys, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), branded company wear, and security devices in accordance with established SOPs and inventory management systems.

Assist in modifications and inspections of various systems.

Sufficient working knowledge of IT concepts and software tools to support system monitoring, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of physical devices and digital controls.

Ability to remain attentive during steady-state operations and respond effectively when conditions change.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook/SharePoint/Teams/ToDo).

Montana Private Security Guard License or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Six months experience in a casino or other corporate security role where observation and reporting were critical to the success of the position.

Experience with Axis Communications systems including 2n Access Control, or similar, physical security systems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
-
Must be able to safely work from heights using approved equipment in accordance with established safety procedures.

Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty pounds.

Must be able to monitor multiple screens covering one or more locations for prolonged periods of time

Competitive base wage: $32.00 - 34.50 hourly; $1 shift differential
