Job description

Hotels run on thousands of operational processes every day.

Ordering, receiving, inventory, invoices, recipes, suppliers, accounting, approvals-most of it still involves manual work, disconnected systems, emails, and spreadsheets.

At Reeco, we're changing that.

We're building the operating system for hospitality, helping hotels digitize and automate their back-of-house operations while connecting every department into a single platform.

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for turning signed customers into successful customers.

You'll lead hotel onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, configure the platform, coordinate integrations, train users, and ensure customers achieve strong adoption during their first months with Reeco.

You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales, suppliers, and accounting partners to ensure every implementation is smooth, fast, and delivers immediate value.

You'll own implementations end-to-end while working directly with some of the largest hospitality companies in North America.

You'll become an expert in hospitality operations, purchasing, inventory, AP automation, supplier connectivity, and accounting integrations.

You'll be responsible for

  • Leading onboarding projects for new hotels and management companies from kickoff to go-live
  • Managing multiple implementations simultaneously while keeping timelines on track
  • Configuring Reeco based on each customer's operational workflows
  • Coordinating technical integrations with accounting systems, POS systems, suppliers, and other third-party platforms
  • Working closely with Product and Engineering to resolve implementation challenges
  • Training hotel teams through live sessions, workshops, and onboarding materials
  • Driving initial product adoption across Purchasing, Inventory, AP Automation, and other Reeco modules
  • Identifying blockers early and proactively driving solutions
  • Becoming a trusted advisor for customers throughout onboarding
  • Maintaining project plans, documentation, risks, milestones, and customer communication
  • Collaborating with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition after go-live
  • Continuously improving onboarding playbooks, documentation, and implementation processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Project Management, Customer Onboarding, or Solution Delivery
  • Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills with excellent organization and prioritization
  • Experience leading customer-facing meetings with executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with CRM and project management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Linear, or similar
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
