  • You will create detailed wiring diagrams and logic diagrams for control systems using AutoCAD
  • You will program Allen Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLCs and develop touchscreen operator interfaces to execute control algorithms
  • You will program loop controllers such as Siemens 353s, Preferred PCCIIIs, and Yokogawa YS1700s for combustion control applications
  • You will configure and program SCADA systems, including Proficy iFIX and Wonderware, for industrial monitoring and control
  • You will select appropriate instrumentation for flow, pressure, and temperature measurement to support project needs
  • You will provide technical support for sales efforts and generate submittals, operator training instructions, and operations and maintenance manuals

Requirements

  • You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • You must have at least five years of professional experience programming PLCs, with proficiency in Allen Bradley CompactLogix or ControlLogix
  • You must possess at least five years of hands-on experience creating electrical and control system wiring diagrams using AutoCAD
  • You must be willing to travel regionally to support commissioning, startup, and field troubleshooting activities
  • You must demonstrate strong technical problem-solving skills and a consistent track record of meeting project goals and deadlines, * Knowledge of industrial boilers, burners, and combustion control systems will give you a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with burner management systems and process control integration is highly valued
  • Experience with HMI programming, particularly using iFIX, is a plus
  • A background in steam power plant design or field service is beneficial
  • Exposure to SCADA platforms beyond Proficy iFIX and Wonderware is welcome
