Job description
- Design, develop, test, and maintain native mobile applications for Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift)
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions that enable smart lock access and device management
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness across multiple device types and operating systems
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of mobile application development experience on Android and/or iOS platforms
3+ years of hands-on experience with NFC technologies, including:
- Android NFC APIs
- Core NFC (iOS)
- Tag reading/writing
- Credential exchange and authentication workflows
- 3+ years of experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integration and communication
- 3+ years of experience working with IoT devices, embedded hardware, or connected device ecosystems
- 3 years of React Native or cross-platform frameworks
- Strong experience with Kotlin and/or Swift development
- Experience integrating REST APIs and cloud-based services
- Knowledge of secure mobile application development practices and encrypted data storage
- Experience working in Agile development environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
