Job description

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications, Dataverse entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security models.
  • Develop custom plugins, integrations, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Azure services.
  • Build and support data migration and ETL solutions using KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in solution design workshops, technical discovery sessions, and implementation planning.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other middleware technologies.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities across implementation projects.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices for solution delivery.
  • Support application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD pipelines, and release management activities.
  • Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies to continuously improve delivery capabilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform with the ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle., * 9+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse in a development, implementation, or consulting role.

  • Strong experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and JavaScript.
  • Deep knowledge of Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom connectors.
  • Hands-on experience with KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit for Dynamics 365, including building ETL and migration packages.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security models, and solution management.
  • Experience with source control, ALM processes, and deployment automation tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with customers in a project-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
  • Experience with Azure services including Application Insights, Functions, and API Management.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform CLI, XrmToolBox, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, or enterprise data migration projects.
