Tableau Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize complex data sets clearly and effectively
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data visualizations
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability for reporting purposes
• Utilize SQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, to query, optimize, and troubleshoot data sources
• Implement best practices in database design, query management, and data model development to enhance performance and scalability
• Apply Agile methodologies for project management, ensuring iterative delivery of high-quality BI solutions
• Conduct SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) analysis to support continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes

• Strong knowledge of SQL programming, including query optimization for SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend or Looker for data integration tasks
• Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts, database design, and analytics best practices
• Experience working within Agile environments and managing projects effectively using project management principles
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into clear insights for business decision-making
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle analysis (SDLC), data model design, linked data concepts, and reporting/dashboarding tools

$35 - $55 an hour - Full-time, Contract
