Job description
As a System Administrator, you will:
- Build, configure, and deploy Docker containers within Kubernetes clusters.
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to integrate web applications, services, databases, and directory technologies.
- Support high-availability enterprise services and ensure systems remain fully operational.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and perform root-cause troubleshooting.
- Maintain secure, compliant environments through patching, updates, and configuration management.
- Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and service readiness.
Requirements

An active NSA TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.

7+ years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).

DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher (if determined applicable).

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Ability to provide after-hours support when needed.

Capability to obtain privileged system access.
Desired:
- Linux administration (CentOS, RedHat).
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Harbor container registry.
- Directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
- JBOSS application server.
- AWS services (VPC, EC2, AWS CLI, S3).
- Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
- VCenter/VMWare virtual machine configuration.
- PKI and certificate lifecycle management (x.509).
- Scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
- OS/application patching (IAVA, version updates).
- Tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab.
- Networking, load balancing, and proxy technologies.
- Databases (Oracle, MongoDB).

The proposed salary range for this position is: $103,800 - $218,100
