Desktop Support Technician

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users across multiple locations. • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications

• Install, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related equipment

• Build and image computers while configuring user accounts and software applications

• Reset passwords and manage user accounts through Active Directory

• Document incidents, resolutions, and updates within the ticketing system

• Monitor and prioritize assigned support tickets to meet service level expectations

• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when appropriate

• Assist with mobile device support and inventory management

• Support hardware deployments, equipment replacements, and technology refresh projects
