Job description

  • Design, build, and maintain modern full stack applications using TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and related technologies.
  • Develop AI-powered product features, including LLM applications, agents, streaming interfaces, and backend services.
  • Build scalable APIs, background jobs, and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to deliver new product capabilities from concept through production.
  • Help shape technical decisions while contributing to a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Use AI development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of production experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
  • Experience building AI or LLM-powered applications.
  • Strong full stack development experience across frontend and backend.
  • Startup experience or an entrepreneurial mindset is highly .
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Technical Skills

Our client is an AI venture incubator building its fifth- AI innovation platform using its proprietary Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work directly with CEO and Lead Engineer to build AI-powered features, agents, streaming user interfaces, background jobs, and data pipelines. This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys writing code every day and making a direct impact on the product.
