Job description

This individual will support our clients digital guest experience across both web and mobile channels, serving as a key execution partner between product, marketing, and digital teams. They will manage and publish content through enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring updates are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. A significant focus of the role will be supporting go-to-market initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and ticket sales activities throughout the year. The specialist will work closely with product managers to help coordinate feature enhancements, platform improvements, and digital experience optimizations. They will collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, UX, analytics, creative services, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives. Using analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics, they will monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve guest engagement and conversion. Additional responsibilities

Requirements

include managing project workflows, gathering requirements, supporting testing efforts, and coordinating launch activities. This person will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate is a proactive, outgoing professional who enjoys owning day-to-day execution while helping larger digital transformation initiatives move forward., 2-5+ years of experience supporting digital experiences, web/mobile platforms, digital marketing, eCommerce, or content operations within an enterprise environment. Hands-on enterprise CMS experience (Contentstack, Sitecore, Salesforce CMS, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar), including content publishing, management, and governance. Experience working on a dedicated digital product or marketing team supporting consumer-facing websites and/or mobile applications. Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience partnering with product, marketing, UX, analytics, and technology teams. Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar to support digital optimization efforts.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting or participating in a CMS migration project, particularly Sitecore to Contentstack. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Agile delivery processes, including ticket management, testing, and release support. Familiarity with Figma and digital design workflows.

Benefits & conditions

This position is 3 days onsite in Broomfield, CO. This position is an initial 12-month contract, with possibility to extend or convert. The hourly rate for this position is $23-26/hr., Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
