Job description

IT Help Desk Analyst IT Help Desk Technician - Hybrid - 3 days onsite, local candidates only please Up to $75,000 in base depending on experience and skills You will be part of a team that owns level 1 and 2 support across the organization. Our environment has PCs (with some Macs), Windows OS, Azure, Intune, O365/M365 full product stack and Windows Servers.

You will be responsible for issue resolution and tracking of infrastructure support, with a focus on Azure and Intune. Your day will include supporting/resolving desktop issues, software updates, new hardware and any system configuration needs.

In this role you will work with every level of individual at the company resolving tickets that come in via phone or email through our ticketing system.

Requirements

You must have at least 2 years of Help Desk support in a large company and enjoy problem solving and customer service., * Associates degree, preference for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required

  • 2+ years of Help desk experience level 1 and 2, in a large company
  • Strong experience with Azure and Intune is required
  • Strong experience with the O365 suite is required
  • Must have scripting experience, preferably Powershell
  • Knowledge of computer hardware specifically laptops, desktops and printers
  • Experience with desktop operating systems, including MS Windows 11 & Mac OS (and its recent variants e.g. Big Sur, Monterey, etc.)
  • Telephony support - Zoom, Teams etc.
  • Intune experience, understanding how policies, configuration profiles and applications are pushed to endpoints, trigger manual syncs and evaluate device compliance
  • Windows Autopilot - Familiarity with cloud-provisioning workflow regarding new machine rollout
  • Azure AD/ Entra ID - basic identity management, group memberships and understanding how conditional access or MFA impacts user access
  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including Remote system controls and Endpoint protection.
