Job description
As a Manager (UX Designer), you will collaborate with healthcare clients, business users, and cross-functional teams to understand business and user experience requirements for healthcare software applications and digital solutions Responsibilities: -

To coordinate with clients in the U.S. healthcare industry on the business and user experience requirements for software systems and web applications.

Conduct usability research, study user behavior, and utilize the findings to enhance and refine the product.

Develop project documents, including user personas, journey maps, process flowcharts, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, affinity diagrams, information architecture, and prototypes.

Act as the liaison between users and technical teams.

Research and design future user experience solutions.

Work with other team members to conduct demonstrations for existing and potential clients to highlight software offerings and capabilities.
Requirements
2 years, * Must have Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of IT experience
- In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post bachelor's IT experience.
Skills: -
- One of the two years must include experience with Axure RP, Figma, Miro Board, Java and Visual Studio.
