Our Client is seeking an experienced Principal Experience Designer to lead the strategy, design, and execution of digital customer experiences across the Customer Experience (CX) Suite. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role responsible for driving UX/UI excellence, influencing product strategy, mentoring designers, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions., * Lead UX/UI and customer experience strategy for digital products across the Customer Experience Suite.
- Define and promote experience design standards, best practices, and design vision aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with product leaders, engineering teams, analytics, and business stakeholders to develop customer-focused digital solutions.
- Translate user research, analytics, and business needs into intuitive product experiences and design strategies.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new features, experimentation, and continuous product improvement.
- Influence product roadmaps, prioritization, and long-term experience strategy.
- Ensure products deliver measurable business value while maintaining an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Define business requirements, support business case development, and contribute to funding and planning activities.
- Partner with global product teams to share best practices and improve operational efficiencies.
- Mentor and coach junior designers while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and design excellence.
- Advocate for UX/UI best practices across the organization and communicate design strategy to senior leadership.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in user experience design with strong business acumen, product thinking, and leadership skills to create innovative, user-centered digital experiences in a highly collaborative environment., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Design, Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience with at least 7 years in:
- Experience Design
- UX Design
- Product Design
- Customer Experience (CX)
- Human-Centered Design
- Strong experience managing the complete product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through execution and measurement.
- Expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to influence decisions across multiple teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or coaching designers., * Master's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or enterprise product initiatives.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools and compliance frameworks.
- Experience creating, scaling, and maintaining enterprise design systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design leadership and product impact.
