As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for independently establishing and managing cross-functional programs through their full lifecyclefrom definition to completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency in roadmaps and delivery while managing complex technical programs requiring collaboration across multiple groups.
As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for:

Leading program plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource management, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

Acting as the voice of the program to senior leadership, leveraging standardized methods to highlight dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Building relationships across SRE, Product and Engineering organizations to keep projects on track.

Driving cultural change by championing agile mindsets and ensuring the organization adheres to industry best practices.

Serving as the primary point of contact for escalation with stakeholders and assist in the removal of blockers.
Requirements

Have 5 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering disciplines and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent.

Have experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and metric definition best practices.

Possess experience with Jira and Confluence.

Have proficiency in Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies.

Have proven ability to navigate ambiguous or complex corporate environments.
