Job description
The Healthcare & Nutrition Application Support Specialist's core responsibilities include coordinating and delivering training and technical support for all current and future customer-facing Ben E. Keith web-based applications, including, but not limited to: eMenu Manage, ENTREE, and Dining Manager. This role applies technical knowledge to provide business solutions using specific applications, including Excel, Power BI, and SAP., * Provide initial User Setup, training, and access for new users working with customer-facing applications, including Entree and the menu software program.
- Provide software technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare & non-commercial customers
- Primary point of contact for the Menu Platform billing process, including auditing current customer sales
- Manage menu transition process tracker
- Manage sales Pipeline report process for healthcare
- SAP Backoffice admin functions.
- Share user feedback with appropriate individuals for the purpose of maintaining and/or improving software systems.
- Understands the sales process and participates in a collaborative relationship with sales, marketing, purchasing, and operations
- Facilitate project communications with management, developers, and users.
- Provide menu reports to customers upon request
- Conduct ServSafe Manager and Handler Training Classes for healthcare customers
- Work closely with Corp IT and 3rd party software providers
- Process departmental invoices to accounting
- Provide nutrition information on products and diet restrictions as customer or sales force inquiries arise
- Represents Ben E. Keith Foods with professionalism at Food Shows, industry shows, and conferences
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements

Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Suite. Power BI and SAP knowledge are desirable.

Considerable skill in application software training and effective customer service skills in providing technical advice and instruction to non-technical staff.

Ability to write professional reports and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and employees in written and verbal correspondence

Food Service background or Dietitian with recipe costing, food service, menu development, and sales experience.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects, assignments, and tasks and be able to work successfully in a team environment under tight deadlines

Ability to learn and use all Ben E. Keith applications at an advanced level, * Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or Registered Dietitian preferred

Minimum of one (1) to four (4) years of dietetics work experience preferred

Menu and Diet Extension creation experience preferred

Obtain and maintain ServSafe Certified Instructor and Exam Proctor Certification
