Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative team! This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make an impact through data-driven solutions and collaborative project management., * Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to communicate key insights effectively.

  • Design and implement data models, databases, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate data flow across systems like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely analytics solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis using R, Python, Excel, and VBA to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage query development and optimization within SQL environments; ensure data integrity through rigorous testing during the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Support business analysis initiatives by translating complex data into clear visualizations and reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in database design and linked data integration efforts to enhance data accessibility and usability across platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming for query management and database interaction; experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms for dashboard development.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes using Talend or other tools to facilitate seamless data integration.
  • Familiarity with programming languages including R and Python for advanced analytics; experience with VBA scripting is a plus.
  • Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), database design principles, and linked data concepts.
  • Ability to work within Agile project management frameworks while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent analysis skills combined with business acumen to interpret complex datasets into meaningful insights that support strategic initiatives.
