Job description

  • Provide first-line customer support via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through diagnostic steps.
  • Process warranty claims and coordinate repair cases from intake through resolution.
  • Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and parts inventory.
  • Assist with refurbishment operations, including inspection, tracking, and quality checks.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Assist with product testing, quality control, and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead, Sales, Operations, and China HQ to deliver an excellent customer experience., * Join a rapidly growing outdoor lifestyle brand.
  • Work closely with product development and technical leadership.
  • Gain hands-on experience in technical support, warranty operations, quality control, and product testing.

Requirements

We're looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, helping customers, and learning how products work. As you grow with the company, you'll also have opportunities to support product testing, quality improvement, refurbishment operations, and technical documentation., * Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning technical products and troubleshooting processes.
  • Interest in electronics, automotive, camping, overlanding, DIY repair, or related technical fields.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.
