Our Finance IT team is looking for an Oracle ERP Cloud Solution Architect with a proven track record of delivering solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. The Solution Architect will assist with a variety of ERP implementation-related initiatives and tasks in support of Humana's current and future use of ERP Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyzes and implements solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle OIC to meet business objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions. Provides direction and mentoring to development teams, and effectively influences project leadership on key decisions.

Specific Duties

Oversee development of ERP cloud functionality by analyzing, designing, implementing new capabilities that utilize the Oracle ERP Cloud platform

Oversee development of ERP and OIC integration functionality by analyzing, designing, implementing new capabilities.

Assist with resolution of production issues arising from ERP Cloud and OIC Cloud functional defects.

Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business needs through technology solutions

Interact with Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to understand their requirements and design solutions

Develop an understanding of a current state process and develop future state technical recommendations

Communicate technical and functional concepts to business users to facilitate decision making

Extend and configure ERP Cloud to meet Humana finance business functional needs including integration and data migration

Work with external vendors, architecture, and security teams to develop data integration interfaces to internal and external systems

Determine best approaches to migrate new financial data from mergers and acquisitions

Maintain ERP Cloud by coordinating new releases and upgrades, recommend new features to Humana finance business, and disaster recovery planning

Application configuration, personalization, and troubleshooting issues

Raise and work service requests with Oracle Support

Support ERP Cloud by managing users, security, and administration; monitoring and adjust performance parameters.

Design application security leveraging Oracle standard security roles and managing the business through aligning employees to roles, Work at Home Guidance

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

According to Humana's COVID-19 policy, vaccination and masking is required regardless of vaccination status (with exception for eating and drinking) for associates working in a clinical setting where patients receive care (e.g., pharmacy retail locations, clinics, home care). The policy only requires the primary series alone (first and second vaccine). Boosters are encouraged, but not required. 7 to 15 years' experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle OIC Cloud.

Hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance - Payables, Receivables, General ledger, Cash Management, Assets, Projects.

Experience in integrating ERP Cloud with other systems using middleware, Webservices, and REST APIs using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Functional professional with 2 ERP Financials implementations (at least one Oracle ERP Cloud with OIC, and one Oracle EBS) as a senior team member or team lead

Experience with at least one migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle ERP cloud

Progressive hands-on development experience as developer and lead developer for ERP Cloud and OIC Cloud. Development experience with at least 10 complex ERP Cloud integrations using OIC.

Demonstrable experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions across different industries (healthcare Insurance industry is a plus) with large-scale implementation project experience within global organizations.

Strong Knowledge of Finance business processes, a clear understanding of standard methodologies, using Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS.

Use of modern practices to increase the speed of delivering software (e.g., Agile, DevOps, test automation, etc.)

Delivered projects and operations using agile delivery principles and teams is a plus

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
