Computer Systems Engineer in Charlotte

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help build out our rapidly expanding infrastructure support team. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission-critical support services and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Qualified systems engineers will have a multi-year background in on-premise/cloud technologies (Office 365/G Suite), advanced workstation deployment and support skills, advanced end-user support for Windows/Apple operating systems, endpoint protection, and exceptional communications, written, organizational, and customer service skills.

• 2 Year/4 Year Degree in Computer Science/Business-related field .
• Proven working experience in deploying, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Office 365/G Suite environments.
• Solid experience in the configuration and administration of SonicWall firewall/VPN solutions
• Extensive knowledge in supporting Windows environments (workstations/laptops)
• Cisco Duo experience is a plus
• Experience with end-user management tools (Autotask, ConnectWise, or related solutions)
• Proven ability to understand complex issues and communicate with management and staff in a professional and supportive manner.
• Networking experience a plus (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
