- Fix what is broken, build what is needed, and be the dependable name a client is glad to see show up.
- Respond quickly to client requests and handle client projects, triage fast, and keep work moving until it is resolved.
- Support and maintain Windows desktops, Windows Server environments, and macOS across multiple client sites.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive) and on-prem Active Directory.
- Stand up, configure, and troubleshoot networking gear (firewalls, switches, wireless, VPN) and server hardware.
- Handle backup, recovery, patching, and endpoint security through the standard toolset.
- Travel to client locations across Greater Green Bay, the Fox Valley, and Northern and Central Wisconsin.
- Flexibility to do what is needed to get the job done, and the ability to manage your own time.
- Document work clearly so the next person (or the client) can follow it
