- Clinic services and medications available at little to no cost for employees and dependents, We're looking for an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst II to support and optimize the clinical technology that powers CareATC's employer-sponsored health centers.
You'll serve as a trusted resource for clinical applications, partnering with care teams, operational leaders, and technology colleagues to enhance workflows, resolve complex system issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and the overall care experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced support for clinical applications, resolving system, workflow, configuration, and user access issues
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize workflows and improve system performance
- Lead testing, maintenance, and implementation of clinical system enhancements
- Document system updates, issue resolution, and application changes
- Partner with software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Train colleagues on new functionality, workflows, and system enhancements
- Ensure clinical systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant with healthcare privacy standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Five or more years of EMR experience, preferably with eClinicalWorks
- Five or more years of healthcare experience
- Two or more years supporting clinical or EMR applications
- Experience optimizing clinical workflows
- Working knowledge of ICD and CPT coding
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively
