Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Information Technology Senior Production Administrator

The Fire department is seeking a senior level administrator with specialized expertise to effectively support ongoing operations. The IT Senior Production Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting MDFR's mission critical production environment, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of server, network, and Microsoft services infrastructure. This role supports key technologies including Cisco enterprise switching, HPE server hardware, CCTV systems, access control backend infrastructure, and Active Directory, and is essential to maintaining operational readiness.

Bachelor's degree. Six years of experience in programming and/or system maintenance and problem determination experience are required. Additional related work experience in programming and/or system maintenance and problem determination may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.
