Business Intelligence Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce dashboards to visualize key sales metrics and business insights.
• Analyze large datasets through SQL queries and Excel data analysis techniques, including functions like VLOOKUP, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with sales management systems teams to ensure seamless integration of data from Salesforce Cloud and other CRM platforms for accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Interpret complex data sets related to sales analytics, forecasting, and business performance to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Generate detailed business intelligence reports that support sales management in tracking KPIs, analyzing sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
