- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce dashboards to visualize key sales metrics and business insights.
- Analyze large datasets through SQL queries and Excel data analysis techniques, including functions like VLOOKUP, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with sales management systems teams to ensure seamless integration of data from Salesforce Cloud and other CRM platforms for accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Interpret complex data sets related to sales analytics, forecasting, and business performance to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Generate detailed business intelligence reports that support sales management in tracking KPIs, analyzing sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct quantitative analysis and business analysis to evaluate current processes, recommend improvements, and implement best practices in data management.
- Assist in project management efforts related to analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of insights that influence decision-making across departments.

- Strong data interpretation skills combined with expertise in SQL for extracting and manipulating large datasets.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Cloud platforms and sales management systems for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability in sales analytics & reporting tools to measure performance metrics effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP functions, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques for detailed insights.
- Knowledge of dashboard development principles and experience in designing intuitive user interfaces for complex data sets.
- Familiarity with business intelligence report generation processes that support forecasting, analysis skills, and process improvements.
- Strong understanding of sales processes combined with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies that enhance revenue growth.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering timely insights while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
