Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will serve as a resource for technical support and service of the company products. Coordinate and support service and installation of products in the US and internationally while providing exceptional customer support., * Must develop and maintain a proficient knowledge of products sold by the company for the purpose of technical support, calibrations and repairs. This includes electronic, mechanical and pneumatic operations as well as integrated systems.

  • Write quotes and proposals with detailed reports and step by step analysis for customer instruments.
  • Maintain tools parts and inventory
  • Collaborate with other technicians or managers to help resolve difficult repairs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and other web based products

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associates Degree in Electronics required
  • 3 years of customer service
  • Understanding electronics, software, IP addresses, hardware, mechanical and pneumatics systems, * Service technician: 3 years (Required)
