Job description

This position will be responsible for supporting business technology solutions by leveraging reporting, automation, data validation, and low-code development to improve efficiency and data accuracy, utilizing tools such as power BI, power automate, SQL, etc. This role works with stakeholders across the SDLC to identify needs, deliver solutions, support application performance, and facilitate training to Tdrive adoption., Data Analytics, Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Use SQL tools (SSMS) to validate, analyze, and troubleshoot data across enterprise systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of business information.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and develop meaningful metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support data governance initiatives by supporting data standards, best practices, and consistent use of business information.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise wide data governance and master data management.

Application Development & Business Process Solutions

  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.

  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and functionality of solutions.

  • Develop and maintain low-code business applications using platforms, such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Analyze, streamline, and automate business processes to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.

  • Validate and test application functionality, data integrity, and system performance prior to deployment and support regression testing following system changes or upgrades.

IT Support, Application Management & System Reliability

  • Provide training, technical support, and user guidance for business applications and reporting tools.
  • Assist employees in effectively leveraging technology solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade software applications across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, security, and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and security access for business applications.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office 365 - Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Four-year degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university, or equivalent working experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role

  • 2+ years of experience developing BI dashboards/reports in PowerBI

  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)

  • 2+ years of experience working in SQL and understand database concepts

  • Ability to document business processes the technical procedures

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals

  • Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

  • Ability to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others·

Preferred Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Experience in creating technical documentation, user procedures, and training materials.
  • Experience supporting system integrations, data imports/exports, and API-based solutions is preferred.

  • Valid Driver's License, ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record, and ability to adhere to the KA Motor Vehicle Policy.
  • Travel: Up to 10%, * Frequently sits, stands and talks.·
  • Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds
  • Vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must work and climb on a job site to review or inspect work progress.
  • Ability to maneuver on ladders and scaffolding, walk through sand or mud, climb on and around vehicles and construction equipment.
