Job description

At Region IV Area Agency on Aging, we are seeking a detail-oriented Fiscal Data & IT Support Technician to support both fiscal operations and technology services across the agency. This position is split between fiscal data processing and entry-level IT support, helping ensure accurate records and reliable technology for staff and programs.

What You'll Do

Fiscal Support (50%)

  • Enter client, service, and billing data into agency systems.
  • Process invoices and maintain fiscal records.
  • Generate reports and perform data quality reviews.
  • Maintain inventory tracking and documentation.
  • Assist with mail processing and administrative support.

IT Support (50%)

  • Provide first-level support for passwords, printers, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Set up workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding technology needs.
  • Install approved software and assist with basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain user accounts and access permissions.
  • Document common issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Six months to one year of related experience.
  • Experience with data entry, accounting, or IT support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
