Job description

  • Work closely with the product team to understand the requirements and goals of each project.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into the needs and behaviors of target audiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and adhere to industry standards for accessibility and user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be properly implemented.
  • Continuously refine and improve the design process to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or similar.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they relate to design.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and the ability to design for different screen sizes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to balance creativity with practicality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for designing intuitive and user-centred digital experiences.
