Job description
- Technical Support: Provide comprehensive, general technology support and respond to incoming support tickets.
- Incident Management: Assist in documenting, managing, and resolving technical incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Network Monitoring: Conduct routine network monitoring and generate performance reports to ensure system stability.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities and systems align with established regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
- Collaboration: Work effectively between multiple internal teams while maintaining the ability to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Support and Security Specialist for a long-term contract engagement. This role operates in a cross-team capacity, bridging our security and help desk operations to ensure robust technical support and operational integrity., * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience performing technical work within information technology security and support fields.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills.

- Engagement Type: Long-term Contract
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum of 2 days per week onsite/in-office)
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

- Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems (Required 2 Years)
