Scrum Master/Agile Coach

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of a new checking account product focused on serving military members and their families. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to drive Agile best practices and ensure successful product delivery.

• 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading teams through product development and delivery cycles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Background in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Product Development.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
