Job description
Experienced Workday Functional Consultant supporting L2/L3 production support and agile enhancements across HCM modules. Focus on system stability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support: incident triage, root cause analysis, issue resolution

Deliver enhancements: configure business processes, security, validations, calculated fields

Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation

Manage releases: impact analysis, regression testing, UAT support
-
Support integrations & data validation with technical teams
-
Build reports/dashboards ensuring data integrity and access control
-
Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors; drive issue resolution and improvements
-
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance compliance
Requirements
-
5-8 years Workday functional experience
-
Strong AMS (support + enhancement) experience
-
Expertise in 2-3 modules (Core HCM, Benefits etc.)

Experience in BP configuration, security, reporting
-
Knowledge of incident/problem/change management
Preferred
-
Exposure to integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)

Agile/Scrum delivery experience

Workday certification

Experience in global deployments
