- Develop and refine test methods, including Design of Experiments (DoE) and data analysis using Python.
- Create digital outputs from sensors and analyze data to ensure performance and reliability.
- Design, build, and execute comprehensive test beds for device validation.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and propose engineering solutions.
- Develop and implement detailed testing plans, perform hands-on testing, and document procedures.
- Author thorough technical reports and manage defect lifecycles, including documentation and reporting.

- Ability to develop test plans, execute protocols, and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent documentation skills for technical reports and defect management.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with FDA or FAA regulated environments.
- Background in medical device industry or highly regulated settings.
- Knowledge of sensor technology and digital output analysis.
- Experience with test method development and reliability testing.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred).
- At least 8 years of hands-on engineering experience in a relevant field.
- Exposure to regulated environments like medical devices, aerospace, or similar sectors.
