Looking for : Senior Software Engineer - Conversational AI :: Hartford, CT (Hybrid) : Contract W2

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Conversational AI with 10+ years of experience designing and building scalable cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern programming languages, APIs, microservices, and conversational AI technologies, including LLMs, chatbots, and voice assistants. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-native software solutions.
• Lead architecture, coding, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and production-grade applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in an Agile environment.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in cloud environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Conversational AI, LLMs, chatbots, voice assistants, NLP/NLU, and STT/TTS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience with enterprise chatbot development and an advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
